Conditions of return of your matchy matchy outfits

To benefit from the exchange or refund of your products, please check that all these conditions are met:
– Your product was delivered to you less than 14 days ago.
– The garment is absolutely new in its original blister pack. It has never been worn (except for the first fitting) or washed. The product labels are always attached. The garment has no traces of makeup, deodorant, sweat, etc.
– The products were put back in the blister in the same way as when you received them.
Before sending back the product(s), if you have any doubts about the return criteria, please send an email to bonjour@copiercolait.com rather than taking the risk of returning clothes that might not be refunded.
We insist on the fact that we work with professional logistics companies in France, who reserve the right to refuse a return if your product does not meet the above criteria. We will refer to their competence on the subject.

We are sure that you will respect these few criteria which are a guarantee of quality. This is the only way for us to send you impeccable products, because we know that you would not like to receive items that do not respect the points listed above.

How do I make an exchange or return?

If you meet the above conditions, you can put the item(s) in a well-sealed box within 14 days, so that the products travel in good conditions to our warehouse.

For an exchange of product, for another size or another color, we invite you to contact us by email on bonjour@copiercolait.com. You will be able to return your article and, after verification of the good condition of the product by the logistic team, we will send you the new desired product for free.

To pay and get your return label, you can click on the link below and be guided:

Two return solutions will be proposed to you: Mondial Relay from 4.90€ or Colissimo from 6.90€ (including the return from your mailbox), to avoid running to your post office, that’s cool!

Upon receipt of the package and according to your request:
– We will make either a standard exchange (subject to stock) if you have made the request by email to bonjour@copiercolait.com, or a refund.
– In the 2nd case, I proceed to the refund, at the latest within 14 days from the recovery of the products by the warehouse (do not hesitate to send me a proof of shipment, to accelerate the refund: better 2 information than one!)
