Article 1. Object
The present general conditions of sale aim at defining the contractual relations between the Salesman, Copier Colait and the Purchaser as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase carried out by the means of the Internet site https://www.copiercolait.com/.
Any order placed on the site implies an acceptance without reserve by the Buyer of the present conditions of sale of which the Buyer acknowledges having taken knowledge prior to his order. Before any transaction, the Buyer declares to have full legal capacity, allowing him to commit himself under these general conditions of sale.
The company Copier Colait preserves the possibility of modifying at any time these conditions of sales, in order to respect any new regulation or in order to improve the use of its site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the order by the Buyer.
Article 2. Products
The products offered are those listed on the site https://www.copiercolait.com/ within the limits of available stocks. Copier Colait reserves the right to change the product range at any time.
Each product is presented on the site in the form of a description including the main technical characteristics communicated by the suppliers.
The photographs are as accurate as possible but are not binding on the Seller.
Article 3. Price
The prices appearing on the product sheets of the site are prices in Euros (€) all taxes included (TTC).
Copier Colait reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, being however understood that the price appearing in the catalog the day of the order will be the only applicable one to the Buyer.
The prices indicated do not include the delivery costs, which will be indicated before the confirmation of the order.
Article 4. Order and payment terms
The confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms of sale. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction.
In case of default of payment, partial payment, or incident of payment, Copier Colait reserves the right to suspend or to cancel any order and/or delivery. Any fraudulent order or presumed as such will be considered by Copier Colait as null.
The sale will be regarded as final only after the sending to the Purchaser of the confirmation of the order by electronic mail to the address indicated at the time of the order, and with the cashing by Copier Colait of the entirety of the price.
Copier Colait is committed to honor the orders received within the limits of available stocks. In case of unavailability of one of the products, the Buyer will be informed as soon as possible. In case of payment of the unavailable products, Copier Colait will refund the overpayment.
Copier Colait proposes to the Buyer to pay his order by bank card (CB, Visa or Mastercard) via the platform of protected payment Monetico Payment envisaged for this purpose.
The payment of the Order is made by means of a CB, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express payment card, a Paylib or PayPal account.
The Member guarantees that he/she is fully entitled to use the payment card for the payment of his/her Order and that these means of payment provide access to sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the use of the https://www.copiercolait.com/ website.
Copier Colait preserves the integral property of the sold products until the perfect collection of the total sum due paid by the Buyer.
The Order will be considered validated after confirmation of the agreement of the banking payment centers.
Article 5. Delivery and prices
The products ordered on the site https://www.copiercolait.com/ can be delivered in Europe zone 1, 2 and 3. Two delivery methods are offered.
Home delivery by Colissimo: the order will be delivered to the address indicated by the Purchaser on the site during the validation of the order.
Delivery in a relay point by Mondial Relay: the Buyer will have to select the relay point of his choice during the confirmation of his order.
The shipping costs are at the charge of the Buyer. The prices are indicated before the validation of the order. The times indicated on the site are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times observed.
Any additional customs or import fees will be charged to the customer.
Copier Colait could not be held responsible in case of error of seizure of the postal address by the Buyer, nor in case of delay of delivery of products.
Article 6. Returns and retraction
Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the Seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for the cost of return. Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, new and with their original labels.
The Buyer will have to contact the customer service of Copier Colait to verify if the products can be returned. Products whose opening and use cannot be verified cannot be returned.
The refund will be made by bank transfer within fourteen days of receipt of the products by the Seller’s warehouse.
The return postage costs are always at the expense of the Buyer.
Article 7. Warranty
All products offered benefit from the legal guarantee provided by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. The products offered comply with the regulations in force in France.
Article 8. Responsibility
Copy Colait is a matchy matchy clothing brand, but is not a manufacturer. The Seller declines any responsibility in case of direct or indirect damage caused to the Buyer resulting from the use of products sold on the site. In case of complaints, the Buyer must send us a letter which will be returned to the manufacturer.
Article 9. Intellectual Property
All the elements of the site https://copiercolait.com/ are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the company Copier Colait. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether they are in the form of photo, logo, visual or text.
Elodie PARISI is the owner of the brand Copier Colait, which is registered with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI). It is forbidden to make any use and to infringe the intellectual property rights of Copier Colait. Elodie PARISI reserves the right to claim damages in case of infringement and more generally in case of violation of its intellectual property rights.
Article 10. Protection of personal data
Copier Colait undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of information provided by the Buyer that it will be brought to transmit for the management of the orders.
Any information concerning him is subject to the provisions of the law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, the user has a right to access, modify and delete information about him. He can make a request at any time by mail to the following address: bonjour@copiercolait.com
Article 11. Dispute Resolution
The present conditions of remote sale are subjected to the French law. For all disputes or litigation, the competent court will be that of Grenoble (France).
